Terms of Use

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of plix.fun. They are short on purpose. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

plix.fun is operated by PLIX FUN Inc. (EIN 38-4387823), 3 Germay Drive, Unit 4 #3147, Wilmington, DE 19804, USA. You can reach us at hello@plix.fun.

2. This site does not sell anything

PLIX is a pre-launch product. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist creates no order, reservation, or obligation on either side. When the crowdfunding campaign opens, any pledge is a contract with you and us on the Kickstarter platform, governed by Kickstarter’s own terms in addition to ours.

Specifications, images, prices, bundles, game line-up and launch dates on this site describe a product still in development and may change. Renders and mock-ups may differ from the final unit. We update the site as things firm up, but we cannot promise every page reflects the latest state at every moment.

3. The waitlist

  • You must be 18 or older to sign up, and you must use an email address you control.
  • We send you a confirmation email; your subscription only starts when you click the link in it.
  • You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, at any time, with no explanation needed.
  • We use your email to tell you about the launch and the product. We do not sell or rent our list.
  • How we handle the data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site normally and legally. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, submit other people’s email addresses, upload malware, or use it to mislead anyone about your relationship with PLIX. We may block access if you do.

5. Intellectual property

The PLIX name, logo, site design, text, images and videos belong to PLIX FUN Inc. or its licensors. You may share and link to our pages, and use our press materials to write about us. You may not present our content as your own, or use our branding in a way that implies partnership or endorsement without written permission.

The PLIX SDK and any sample code are licensed separately, under the terms shipped with them.

6. Third-party services

We link to Kickstarter, YouTube, Discord and social networks. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLIX FUN Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes go to the courts located there. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction that guarantees you a local forum, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country and to rely on your own consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
